We are seeking a skilled and passionate General Manager to supervise all aspects of restaurant operations at The Eleanor Room, a sophisticated kitchen and cocktail concept coming in 2024. Our Restaurant General Manager is essential in delivering an exceptional culinary experience and fostering our team culture from the beginning, working closely with our founders as we introduce The Eleanor Room to the community later this year.

As Restaurant General Manager, your responsibilities include overseeing revenue, profitability, and performance goals to ensure efficient restaurant operations and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. To succeed in this role, you’ll need superior administration chops and extensive management experience in both front and back of the house. We’ll look to The Eleanor Room’s General Manager to lead by example, demonstrating outstanding hospitality while uplifting staff in our fast-paced environment for smooth service and guaranteed guest satisfaction.
